PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wear of salient parts of shaft supports of a motor case when the drag of an outer ring is generated at high-speed drive, in an electric motor. SOLUTION: A pair of the shaft supports 20 of the motor case include annular support walls 22 facing the external peripheral face of the outer ring 32 orthogonal with an axial line of a rotor axis 2, and the salient parts 23 which protrude at a support hole 21 side outside the support walls 22. An annular leaf spring 35 which partially abuts on the end face of the outer ring 32, and energizes the outer ring 32 to the axial core direction, and a steel-made annular receiving plate 36 attached between the annular leaf spring 35 and the salient part 23 are arranged between the salient part 23 at the right side of the motor case and the outer ring 32.
