PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding torch that never lowers operability nor cooling capability. SOLUTION: The welding torch is configured to form a feeding water annular groove and returning water annular groove in the periphery of the proximal end part of the torch body, form an inlet port on the bottom of the feeding water annular groove to make cooling water flow in the torch body, and form an outlet port on the bottom of the returning water annular groove to discharge heated water circulated in the torch body. In addition, there are formed an outlet port of the cooling water of the torch body holder in a position corresponding to the water feeding annular groove of the torch body and an inlet port of the heated water of the torch body holder in a position corresponding to the returning water annular groove of the torch body. The cooling water is supplied to the feeding water annular groove of the torch body through the outlet port of the torch body holder and circulated in the torch body, with the heated water returned to the returning water annular groove of the torch body and discharged through the outlet port of the torch body holder.
