<p>The present invention relates to a breathing harness (10) for aiding a user to practice diaphragmatic breathing. The harness (10) comprising a back support (12) arranged to be placed between the shoulder blades of a user during use of the harness (10) and to produce a pressure against the area of the user's back between the shoulder blades. The harness further comprises a belt (14) arranged at the back support (12) and arranged to surround the user's chest during use of the harness (10), whereby said belt (14) is configured to limit the expansion of the user's chest during breathing.</p>
