The present invention concerns a cell-permeable p27 recombinant protein with its macromolecule transduction domain (MTD) fused to tumour suppressor p27, a polynucleotide that codes the said cell-permeable p27 recombinant protein, the expression vector of the said cell-permeable p27 recombinant protein, and a pharmaceutical composition for anti-cancer drugs containing the said cell-permeable p27 recombinant protein as an active ingredient. The cell-permeable p27 recombinant protein according to the present invention transduces tumour suppressor p27 into the cell nucleus and suppresses the formation of cyclin-dependent kinase and cycline complex, effectively revitalising the signal transduction mechanism that participates in the inhibition of the cell cycle and induction of cell death, and thus a composition containing the same as an active ingredient can be used as an anti-cancer drug for the prevention and/or treatment of various cancers.
