<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing precipitated silica, including a step for filtering and washing an aqueous suspension (S), including the following steps: (a) a first portion (S1) of the precipitated silica suspension (S) is filtered, thereby forming a filter cake (G1); then, said filter cake (G1) is washed, and a suspension (S'1) is formed by suspending, particularly by dilution in water, the washed filter cake (G1) thus obtained; (b) a second portion (S2) of the suspension (S) is filtered, thereby forming a filter cake (G2); and (c) said suspension (S'1) from step (a) is filtered across the filter cake (G2) obtained from step (b), used for precoating.</p> |
