PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the use of a vehicle for a user whose behavior is bad and to enable a user whose behavior is good to use the vehicle without giving any restriction.

SOLUTION: An information management device 100 is used for a car rental system which performs the rental of a vehicle. The information management device 100 includes: a storage part 101; an identification information acquisition part 102; an extraction part 103; and an output part 104. The storage part 101 preliminarily stores information (possibility/impossibility information) related with the possibility/impossibility of the rental of a vehicle according to the identification information for identifying a user. The identification information acquisition part 102 acquires the identification information of the user. The extraction part 103 extracts the possibility/impossibility information corresponding to the identification information stored in the storage part 101 by using the identification information acquired by the identification information acquisition part 102. The output part 104 outputs the possibility/impossibility information extracted by the extraction part 103.
