PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that prevents a delay of printing of print data even in the case of giving instructions to take out the print result of a stacker in the existing state of print data to be printed by a printer.

SOLUTION: On condition that the instructions for taking out the print result 2003 of a stacking tray in a mass stacker 200-3a is input by a take-out instruction key 2001 in a situation where the print data unfinished with printing by the printer 100 exists in an HDD 209, a control part 205 controls to deliver the print result 2003 of the print data into an escape tray X0 outside the mass stacker 200-3a.
