PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally-conductive sheet having a non-adhesive layer excellent in heat dissipation property, durability and adhesiveness which can easily be manufactured, and also to provide a thermally-conductive sheet laminated body, and its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The thermally-conductive sheet comprises a non-adhesive rubber layer (B) comprising a silicone rubber material (b) which is adhered to an adhesive gel layer (A) comprising a silicone gel material (a) and a thermally-conductive filler (c) wherein the adhesive gel layer (A) and the non-adhesive rubber layer (B) are fixed by being laminated in a non-curing state, and integrally cured, and a part of the thermally-conductive filler (c) previously filled in the adhesive gel layer (A) is transported into the non-adhesive rubber layer (B) in an adhesion process.
