<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a series of refining and supplying system used for daily life water and drinking water, by efficiently taking out water, by compressing and cooling the atmosphere. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A distillation system is provided for acquiring water by passing air through a distillation device, and takes the atmosphere in a compression apparatus C for increasing its acquiring efficiency, and further increases the efficiency by heightening the concentration of water vapor in the atmosphere. The air taken in by a blower B by removing floating dust and dirt by a filter A is compressed by the compression equipment C, and is sent into a cooling tank E by a blower D. The water vapor in the compressed air is cooled and condensed by a multiple cooling panel F in the cooling tank. Condensed water is collected to a water collector J of a cooling tank lower part, and is sent to a water purification plant L via a water receiving tank K, and is used as the drinking water. Cold air exhausted from the cooling tank is reused for cultivating cold district farm products hardly cultivating in the Middle East area, and is exhausted in the atmosphere as oxygen.
