<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of operation without reducing sensitivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The disk drive device is provided with: support springs 24 for connecting a fixed block 9 and a movable block 10; magnets for driving 25, 27, 28, 28 operating the movable block in the focus direction or in the tracking direction; coils for driving 15, 21, 22, 22 arranged opposite to the magnet for driving; and a reinforcing member 19 which is attached to a lens holder, made of a higher rigidity material than a lens holder, and to which the coil for driving is attached. An aperture 14a for attachment penetrating in the direction in which the movable block and the fixed block are arranged is formed at a member attaching part 14 of the lens holder, the reinforcing member is attached to the member attaching part so as to close the aperture for attachment.
