PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method which determines one among a plurality of prescribed configurations of a virtual machine to process incoming messages. SOLUTION: This system, method, and program are a system, a method, and a program to manage a plurality of configurations of a first virtual machine. A command is received to set the configuration of the first virtual machine to a configuration which is indicated by the first virtual machine which firstly performs preparation receiving next incoming interaction, to process next incoming interaction of at least one protocol from the one or more other virtual machines and the incoming interaction afterwards. The configuration which is indicated by the first virtual machine firstly performing preparation for receiving next incoming interaction is determined.
