PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit simulator capable of simulating a common mode current that causes conduction noise and radiation noise with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A semiconductor device model 11 is provided with a semiconductor device part 12 and a stray capacitance part 13, wherein the semiconductor device part 12 is provided with a high potential side node NH and a low potential side node NL, one terminal of the stray capacitance part 13 is connected to the semiconductor device part 12, and the other terminal of the stray capacitance part 13 is connected to the outside of the semiconductor device model 11 through a stray capacitance node NF.
