<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable connecting structure in which reduction of working manhour of electrical connection of an external conductor of a coaxial cable and a metal component and reduction of the number of components can be achieved. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coaxial cable connecting structure includes a housing through-hole 12 which is opened in an inverter housing 11 and through which a coaxial cable 2 is inserted, a grommet 3 which has a grommet side cable insertion hole 33 through which the coaxial cable 2 is inserted and is inserted into the housing through-hole 12, a plate member 5 with conductivity which electrically connects an external conductor 23 of the coaxial cable 2 and the inverter housing 11, a plate side cable insertion hole 52 which is formed in the plate member 5 and through which the coaxial cable 2 is inserted, and a cable connection projecting member 53 which protrudes in an axial direction of the coaxial cable 2 and is inserted into the external conductor 23 from the cable top end 25.
