<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable stand for a flat panel display, which need not be detached when the panel display is used or is packed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The foldable stand that supports the flat panel display is provided with a fixed panel 2 fixed in the center part of the bottom part of the flat panel display, a body part 1 connecting the fixed panel at its uppermost part through a hinge and two support legs 4 pivotally attached to the lowermost surface of the body part 1, and turnably attached to the bottom part of the flat panel display.
