PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid resin composition and a polylactic acid resin molded article having excellent heat resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid resin composition contains a polylactic acid resin and a phenol novolac resin, wherein the content of the phenol novolac resin is 0.5 to 5 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polylactic acid resin.
