PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion body which uses polyurethane foam appropriate for a material of the seat cushion body and prevents a problem of the cushion body made of the polyurethane foam that an ischial tuberosity sinks in a focused manner when a passenger is seated to mitigate back pains and fatigue in the vicinity of buttocks due to the problem. SOLUTION: The seat cushion body 17 which uses the soft polyurethane foam 18 as the main material is characterized by making a plate-like, surface rigidity reinforcing member 20 formed of a viscoelastic soft elastomer for reinforcing the rigidity of a seat surface on the upper part of the soft polyurethane foam 18 overlie at least the rear surface side of a seat 12.
