<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To displace a pressing plate without using an electrical actuator such as an electric motor as a driving force, in a new structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pressing plate 21 is displaced by using the elastic force of a spring 24. Therefore, the pressing plate 21 can be displaced without using the electrical actuator such as the electric motor as the driving force. By rotating a gear mechanism 28 through a planetary gear 30, the gear mechanism 28 is actuated as a damper mechanism for suppressing the action speed of a displacement mechanism 23, and the excessive acceleration of the displacement speed of the pressing plate 21 is suppressed.
