PURPOSE: A method for preparing a chestnut beverage enriched with nutrients is provided to enable a consumer to easily and conveniently drink the chestnut beverage regardless of seasons. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a chestnut beverage enriched with nutrients comprises the following steps of: removing an outer husk and inner skin from chestnuts; washing the chestnuts and drying them; roasting the dried chestnut; finely pulverizing the roasted chestnut in a pulverizer; adding unpolished rice powder and salt into the chestnut powder; boiling the mixture in a steam pot; and filtering the boiled extract to obtain the chestnut beverage.
