A gearbox of a multi-tool turret is provided to stably transfer power to a rotation tool by forming a tool driving shaft having an axial type serration and a clutch shaft having a boss part which meshes with the axial type serration. A gear box of a multi-tool turret comprises a rod(7), a clutch shaft(1) coupled to an end of the rod and a boss part(3). The multi-tool turret includes a disk, a shaft for transferring driving force of a drive motor to a rotation tool, a drive shaft(2) having a through hole and a tool driving shaft(6). The rod reciprocates in the thorough-hole. A spline(10) is formed at an outer surface of the clutch shaft has a groove meshing with a serration of the tool driving shaft. The boss part has a groove meshing with the spline.
