An air conditioner for a hybrid vehicle is provided to increase the efficiency of implementing functions for cooling a battery mounted on a vehicle, heating the inside of a vehicle and performing air cleaning together. An air conditioner for a hybrid vehicle comprises a blower(1) sending air, a battery(3) formed to be supplied with air sent from the blower, an air cleaner(5) installed to be supplied with air sent from the blower, a first valve(7) installed to supply air sent from the blower to be divided into the battery and the air cleaner, a second valve(9) installed to discharge air passing through the battery to outdoor or supply the air to the air cleaner and a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater(11) equipped to heat air supplied to the air cleaner from the second valve.
