PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for generating a bio image with high resolution, and an endoscope using the same are provided to diagnose the cancer of the digestive organs using an electromagnetic wave of a tera-hertz sensitive to the water. CONSTITUTION: A first collimation lens(130a) focuses a first laser beam. A generator(140) radiates the electromagnetic wave of the tera-hertz excited by the first laser beam to the human body. A laser beam inducer(150) radiates a first laser beam to the human body. A second collimation lens(130b) focuses a second laser beam. A detector(160) generates an electric signal for imaging based on the electromagnetic wave of the tera-hertz reflected from the human body and the second laser beam. An image generator(190) generates the image by receiving the electric signal from the detector.
