PURPOSE: A textile embossing apparatus is provided to reduce time used for operation and to produce high quality embossing textile having more clean patterns on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A textile embossing apparatus includes a textile and cushion material supply part(3) equip on a side of the apparatus, and an embossing textile winding part(30) equipped on the other side of the apparatus. The textile and cushion material supply part is laminated on either sides of cushion material(1), and includes a support roller(5,5'). The embossing textile winding part has the support roller to wind the embossing textile. Two thermal oil roller(4,4') are installed between the textile and cushion material supply part and the embossing textile winding part. A plurality of guide rollers are pre-heated on an adjacent location of the thermal oil roller. An embossing roller(6) is installed in the center of the thermal oil roller. |
