HINGE APPARATUS AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A hinge apparatus and a mobile communication terminal with the same are provided to smoothly open the mobile communication terminal without power consumption by using a torsion spring in a hinge structure. CONSTITUTION: A shaft(20) penetrates a torsion spring(10). One end of the torsion spring is combined with a bush(30). The other end of the torsion spring is combined with a holder(40). A sliding cam(50) is combined with the other side of the shaft. The sliding cam operates together with the shaft. A fixing cam(60) is engaged with the sliding cam. A compression spring(70) is between the holder and the sliding cam. The compression spring adheres the sliding cam to the fixing cam. A damper(200) is combined with the shaft. The damper reduces rotation speed of the shaft.
