PURPOSE: A spare tire fixing/supporting apparatus for a commercial vehicle is provided to guarantee the safety of following vehicles by preventing the separation of a spare tire during the traveling. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire fixing/supporting apparatus for a commercial vehicle comprises a cross frame(3), a spare tire(1), a locking unit(10) and a rotary connection unit(20). The cross frame is installed so as to cross a side frame(2) equipped in a lower part of a vehicle. The spare tire is arranged in the cross frame. The locking unit is arranged in the cross frame to fix/release the spare tire. The rotary connection unit is combined with the locking unit to fix/release/rotate the spare tire. The locking unit includes a locking member(11) and a guide member(12) for guiding the movement of the locking member.
