INTERMEDIATE SHAFT FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A car intermediate shaft is provided to increase the convenience of assembly and prevent the noise by reducing the frictional force between a yoke shaft and a tube. CONSTITUTION: A car intermediate shaft(100) comprises a tube(110), an yoke shaft(120), a ball support(140), a sliding ball(130) and a spring plate(150). The tube is hollow and has plural guide grooves inside thereof. One side of the yoke shaft is inserted into the hollow of the tube and plural receiving grooves(121) on the guide grooves. The ball support is inserted between the tube and yoke shaft and plural inserting holes. The sliding ball is supported by the ball support and yoke shaft to guide the sliding of the yoke shaft along the guide grooves. A spring plate is inserted between the yoke shaft and ball support to elastically support a plurality of sliding balls.
