The composition is easy to apply on eyelashes. The composition is dispersed evenly. The composition deposits smoothly and homogeneously on the eyelash. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Composition: The composition comprises: triethanolamine (less than 1 wt.%, preferably 0.5 wt.%); free of triethnolamine; triethanolamine stearate (less than 1 wt.%, preferably 0.5 wt.%); free of triethanolamine stearate; lipophilic or hydrophilic film forming polymer and/or hydrophilic gelling agent; and at least an additive. Preferred Components: The sulfonic acid derivative comprises isethionic acid derivative and their salts, sulfosuccinic acid ester and their salt, the sulfonic acid derivative comprising at least a hydrocarbon chain containing 12-24, preferably 18 carbon heteroatom comprising oxygen and nitrogen, alkali metal salts comprising sodium, potassium (both preferred), lithium and/or earth alkaline metal salts comprising magnesium or ammonium salts of its acids and their salts. The isethionic acid derivative is isethionic acyl acid or their salt or its mixture. The acyl hydrocarbon chain comprises 10-30 carbon atoms, preferably 12-24 carbon atoms. The acyl group is lauroyl, myristoyl, palmitoyl, stearoyl, olivoyl, cocoyl and/or oleoyl group. The isethionic acid derivative or their salt is sodium cocoyl isethionate and/or ammonium cocoyl isethionate. The sulfosuccinic acid ester is sulfosuccinic acid ester and fatty alcohol and their salt and ester. The fatty alcohol having 10-30, preferably 18 carbon atom comprises at least one oxyalkylene group. The fatty alcohol is oleic, lauric, myristic, palmitic, stearylic, isostearylic, cetylic and/or cetearylic alcohol. The sulfosuccinic acid ester or its salt is of formula (ROC(=O)-CH(SO 3X)-CH 2-C(=O)-OX). The sulfosuccinic acid ester is: disodium cetearyl sulfosuccinate, disodium cetyl sulfosuccinate, disodium 12-15C pareth sulfosuccinate, disodium isosteary sulfosuccinate, disodium oleyl sulfosuccinate and/or disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, preferably silicone derivative ester of sulfosuccinic acid; esters, obtained form the reaction of sulfosuucinic acid and glycol polyethylene derivative of dimethicone or its ester; and disodium polyethylene glycol-12 dimethicone sulfosuccinate. The hydrocarbonated chain of sulfonic acid derivative is 12-24 carbon atoms, preferably 18 carbon atoms. The sulfonic acid derivative is: alkyl sulfonates and/or olefin sulfonates; and sodium 13-17C alkane sulfonate, sodium 14-18C alkane sulfonate, sodium 9-22C alkyl dry sulfonate, sodium 14-17C alkyl dry sulfonate, sodium 14-16C olefin sulfonate, sodium 16-18C olefin sulfonate and/or sodium 14-18C olefin sulfonate. The sulfonic acid derivative is of formulae (R2(OCH 2CH 2) nOCH 2-CH(OH)-CH 2-SO 3X) and/or (R2(OCH 2CH 2) nSO 3X); (R3OSO 3X) and alkyl ether sulfate of formula (R3(OCH 2CH 2) mOSO 3X); sodium 14-15C pareth-PG sulfonate, sodium 12-15C pareth-15 sulfonate, sodium 12-15C pareth-3 sulfonate and/or sodium 12-15C pareth-7 sulfonate. The sulfuric acid derivative or its salt is: alkyl sulfate, alkyl ethers sulfate and/or disulfates; and disulfuric acid derivative and disulfates comprising at least two oxyalkylene group and at least two acyl group of formula (R4C=O); and disodium ethylene dicocamide polyethylene glycol-15 disulfate. The hydrocarbon chain of the sulfuric acid is 14-22 carbon atoms, preferably 16-20 carbon atoms. The alkyl sulfates are sodium cetearyl sulfate, sodium cetyl sulfate and/or sodium myristyl sulfate. The alkyl ether sulfate is sodium myreth sulfate. The sulfuric acid derivative is present at 0.1-20 wt.%, preferably 1-10 wt.% of the composition. The sulfonic acid derivative or sulfuric acid derivative comprises unique surfactant system of the composition. The aqueous phase is formed by water or its mixture and at least one hydro soluble solvent. The aqueous phase is present at 1-95 wt.%, preferably 5-60 wt.% of the composition. The wax is present at 0.1-50 wt.%, preferably 5-30 wt.% of the composition. The additive comprises oils, coloring agent, charges, fiber, antioxidants, preservatives, perfume, neutralizing agent, emollients, thickeners, coalescing agents, plasticizers, moisturizers, vitamins and/or filters, preferably solar fibers. R : R1(OCH 2CH 2) n; R1 : 10-30C, preferably 18C hydrocarbonated fatty chain, preferably lauryl, myristyl, palmityl, stearyl, isostearyl, cetyl, oleyl and cetearyl group; X : cation comprising alkali metal ions containing Na, Li and K, and alkali metal ions comprising Mg and/or ammonium; n : 0-20, preferably 1-15; R2 : hydrocarbonated fatty chain having 10-30C, preferably 12-18C; R3 : 14-30C, preferably 16-20C hydrocarbonated fatty acid, preferably lauryl myristyl, palmityl, stearyl, cetyl and/or cetearyl; m : 1-10, preferably 1-4; and R4 : hydrocarbon chain having 14-30C. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Typical composition comprised (in wt.%): candelilla wax (30); sodium cocoyl isethionate (5); hydroxyethylcellulose (0.89); simethicone (0.4); preservative (required quantity); and water (to make up to 100).
