PURPOSE: A lightweight multi-layer including a reinforcing thin film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided for use in various kinds of interior material such as door trim, filler, and soundproofing material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a lightweight multi-layer including a reinforcing thin film comprises the following steps of: forming polyolefin foamed sheet(100) containing thermoplastic polyolefin or thermosetting polyolefin; forming a reinforcing layer(200) containing natural fiber and synthetic fiber using a needle punch and thermal roller to make a reinforcing thin film; heating the polyolefin foamed sheet and reinforcing layer with different temperature; and laminating the polyolefin foamed sheet and reinforcing layer in turn. |
