<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality improvement of electrolytic copper peeled from a cathode. <P>SOLUTION: The electrodeposited copper obtained by a permanent cathode method is peeled from both faces of the cathode plates through processes of flexing, down ender, and chiseling, and piled up, and thereafter, the piles of the electrodeposited copper are spray cleaned with water, wherein a volume of water is 100 to 200 L/min and water pressure is 2 to 3 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>, to remove the electrolyte which is stuck thereto, thereby, a sulfur-component is reduced to 2 ppm, a nickel-component to 0.4 ppm and impurities including arsenic, antimony, bismuth, etc., are reduced to improve the quality of the electrolytic copper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
