FLAME-RETARDING AND FRAGRANT FINISHING TECHNIQUES FOR PET KNITTED FABRIC AND FIBER BOARD THEREOF

A fiber board and a manufacturing method thereof by using the flame-retarding and fragrant finishing techniques for the PET knitted fabric are provided to offer the slow emission property through the aroma oil for a long time. A water-soluble phosphorus group flame-retardant, silica nano particles containing aroma oil and a water-soluble binder are processed by a bath so that the fiber board is manufactured. The water-soluble binder is constructed by one of silica acid, acryl and urethane binders. The aroma oil is constructed by one of lavender, chamomile and rosemary oil. The content of aroma oil is 0.1 to 0.8 volume%. The silica nano particle with the immersed aroma oil manufactured by n-butanol is manufactured by the uniform particles with the diameter of below 200nm. The content of aroma oil is preferably 0.15 to 0.5 volume% to the volume of the organic solvent. The alcohol group compound is used as the surfactant, preferably and mixed with aroma oil.
