PURPOSE: A stabilizer bar welding structure for a vehicle is provided to make the non-continuous partial welding possible when welding the outer circumference of a stabilizer bar through a welding unit. CONSTITUTION: A stabilizer bar welding structure for a vehicle comprises a mounting hole(5) and welding unit(7). The mounting hole is respectively formed in each trailing arm. The welding unit is formed along the inner circumference of each mounting hole and is inclined at a predetermined angle from the center of the mounting hole to the outside. Both ends of a stabilizer bar are inserted into each mounting hole so as to be protruded toward the outer side of the trailing arm, and the outer circumference and welding unit are welded. The welding unit and the outer circumference of the stabilizer bar are non-continuously welded. |
