METHOD FOR DISPLAYING MENU IN PORTABLE TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A menu displaying method for a portable terminal is provided to display the menu when an operator contacts the menu display point by using the menu display point allocated to the touch screen. CONSTITUTION: Coordinate information where the touch screen is contacted is detected(S303). The detected coordinate information compared with the menu display point area allocated to the constant area(S305). When the detected coordinate information is within menu display point area, the menu is displayed on the touch screen(S307).
