PURPOSE: A turbo charger for a hybrid vehicle is provided to increase the cubical atmospheric power efficiency in low speed engine rotation state by rotating a turbine. CONSTITUTION: A turbo charger for a hybrid vehicle comprises a hybrid control device, an ISG(15) and a motor controller. The hybrid control device generally controls the vehicle according to the acceleration decision information of an operator. The ISG operates the hybrid control device. An axis(21) is connected to a rotary shaft of a turbine(23) and a pulley. The axis delivers the driving force of the ISG to a turbine. The turbine receives the driving force of the ISG and rotates. The turbine ejects the exhaust gas ejected from the cylinder to an outside.
