A system and a method for publishing a notice are provided to enable various kinds of users to post various kinds of notices conveniently in a website by making the user form the notice in a standard form provided from a notice publication server, and enable the users to search the notice by classifying the notices into each area and interest. A public notice publication server(100) generates a web notice automatically based on notice information received from a notice owner terminal(400) and posts the web notice in a website. A database(300) stores a notice publication record by connecting to the notice publication server. A certificate issuance server(200) issues a certificate for certifying publication of the web notice by using the notice publication record stored in the database. The notice information includes notice term, abstract, and detail information received from the notice owner terminal. The notice publication server includes an automatic notice generator generating the web notice based on the notice abstract information and a notice publisher posting the web notice in the website for a notice term. |
