A power transmission control device, a power transmission device, an electronic device, and a non-contact power transmission system are provided to implement stable data transmission with a power receiving device by properly detecting data transmitted from the power receiving device based on pulse width information. In a power transmission control device, a drive clock generating circuit(25) generates a drive clock to define a drive frequency of a primary coil(L1). A driver control circuit(26) generates a driver control signal based on the drive clock and outputs the driver control signal to a power transmission driver to drive the primary coil. A waveform shaping circuit(32) shapes a waveform of an induced voltage signal of the primary coil and outputs a waveform shaping signal. A pulse width detecting circuit(33) detects pulse width information of the waveform shaping signal by receiving the waveform shaping signal and the drive clock. The control unit detects a load variation of a secondary side based on the detected pulse width information.
