A switch structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to accurately check weight variation and change of position of an object by driving an electric device for security. A switch structure(10) includes a pair of conductors(11a,11b), an insulator(12), and a protective tube(13). The conductors are conducted to each other for driving an electric device in case external influence is applied by passing through the insulator with external impact or pressure. The insulator insulates the conductors normal times and releases insulation between conductors in case the external influence is applied. The protective tube protects the conductors and the insulator from water, high temperature, and high pressure.
