PROJECTION OPTICAL SYSTEM

A projection optical system is provided to simplify manufacture process thereof and reduce a manufacture cost by reducing the number of optical elements. A projection optical system includes a first optical part(1), a second optical part(2) and a third optical part(3). The first optical part includes at least one optical lens and displays and projects an optical beam. The second optical part includes an image forming element(6) and at least one optical lens and transmits an incident optical beam as an optical beam having an image. The third optical part includes a light source unit(5) and a deflector(4). The deflector directs an optical beam emitted from the light source unit to the second optical part and directs the optical beam having the image transmitted from the second optical part to the first optical part by being positioned between the first and second optical parts.
