PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device with a wicket door which prevents hazard and breakage of the opening/closing device caused by opening/closing operation of the opening/closing device in an opened state of the wicket door. SOLUTION: The opening/closing device with the wicket door is provided with an ascent/descent regulating means which allows the ascending/descending movement of the opening/closing body in the closed state of the wicket door and restrains the ascending/descending movement of the opening/closing body in the opened state of the wicket door.
