The electrochemical cell (10), particularly a laminated electrochemical cell, has an electrode pack and an outer skin (16). A connecting element (30) is provided for a used air evacuation duct. The connecting element is integrated in the outer skin and has a relief valve. The connecting element has a receiving element for loss-proof inserting of a tube or pipe. An independent claim is also included for a system made of an electrochemical cell and a housing.
