PURPOSE: A battery cable connector and a battery terminal connecting assembly are provided to facilitate the assembly and the disassembly of the cable by preventing a tool for coupling a battery terminal and a cable from being interfered. CONSTITUTION: A battery cable connector comprises first and second terminals(210,220). The first terminal is connected to a cable(1). The first terminal surrounds the side of the battery terminal to be apart from the outside of a battery terminal(120). The second terminal is inserted between the battery terminal and the first terminal. The second terminal is coupled with the battery terminal and the first terminal.
