PURPOSE: A method for connecting a phone with a visitor is provided to set parameters like codec information between a door lock communication terminal and a mobile communication terminal in advance, thereby removing a session setup process necessary for a phone call between terminals. CONSTITUTION: A door lock communication terminal transmits a call connection request signal with a mobile communication terminal according to a preset protocol to a server of an EV-DO packet network(S401,S403). When a call connection request signal is received according to a preset protocol from the door lock communication terminal, the server checks pre-stored session setup information(S405). The server transmits a call signal to the mobile communication terminal(S407). If the mobile communication terminal receives the call signal from the server, the mobile communication terminal notifies a user of reception of the call signal through bell sound or vibration. If the user allows the call request, the mobile communication terminal transmits an allowing signal to the server(S409).
