METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING AND USING CONTENT ADVISORY FOR INTERNET CONTENTS

PURPOSE: A method and device for providing/using contents CA(Contents Advisory) information is provided to protect a viewer from the harmfulness of Internet contents by providing CA information about Internet contents. CONSTITUTION: The CA information storage unit(33) saves the CA information. A contents ID analyzer(36) interprets ID of the contents which needs for the CA information. A CA information retrieval part(35) searches the CA information corresponding the request of the IPTV(Internet Protocol TV) using the contents ID. A CA information generator(31) generates the CA information of the contents.
