PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous-motor stator that prevents increase in cogging torque, while reducing the motor loss of an AC servo motor, and to provide its motor. SOLUTION: A motor stator has a divided-core structure in which each inner peripheral side of each tooth part of a stator core is connected with each other. A radial yoke width 5 of a yoke-part core 1 is narrower than a half of a tooth-part width 6 of a tooth-part core 2.
