PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus system which is highly convenient for users and not in a mutual master-slave relationship, but merges both master and slave functions. SOLUTION: A car AV apparatus 2 comprises: a PIN cable 4 for performing wired or wireless communication with a portable NV device 3; and a control microcomputer 21 which recognizes an instruction given from the portable NV device 3 via the relevant PIN cable 4 and substitutes processing that the portable NV device 3 performs by using its own function following the relevant recognized instruction.
