PURPOSE: A main body cross movement device of a sewing machine is provided to improve quality and productivity of a product by moving a main body at high speed smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A main body cross movement device of a sewing machine includes the followings: a frame(30) fixed on the top of either side base(10); a timing gear arranged on a cross fixing frame(31,32); a connection shaft(50) interlinking the timing gear arranged on the bottom of a front fixing frame; a cross movement frame(60,70) connected with a main body(20); a roller arranged to multi-stages; a timing belt(90) fixed on the top of the fixing frame; and a motor driving the connection shaft.
