PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to form the red, the blue, and the retention of luminance according to the aging of the green-emitting phosphor. The partition is formed by the various partitions of a pattern. The sign electrodes(9,11) consist of transparent electrodes(9a,11a) and bus electrodes(9b,11b). The second dielectric layer(17) and MgO protection layer(19) are formed in the second substrate.
