PURPOSE: A cooling system of an air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to facilitate evaporation according as oil inserted into an evaporator decreases to reduce insertion of liquid coolant into a compressor, thereby increasing compressing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system of an air conditioner for a vehicle includes a compressor(10), a condenser(20), a spray chamber(30), a coolant sprayer(40), and an evaporator(50). The compressor compresses a coolant. The condenser condenses the coolant provided from the compressor to a refrigerant of high pressure and high temperature. The coolant sprayer sprays the coolant into the inside to expand or reduce pressure. The evaporator exchanges heat of the coolant supplied from the coolant sprayer with blowing air to cool air.
