PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a heat exchanger capable of compatibly attaining the improvement of layout property, the attachment security of a joint, and the suppression of a refrigerant drift to cause a passage resistance. SOLUTION: This joint structure of a stacked evaporator 1 has the joint 2 for connecting a refrigerant inlet pipe 4 and a refrigerant outlet pipe 5 in one side face of the stacked evaporator 1 laterally disposed with an inlet side upper tank 15 and an outlet side upper tank 16 at its upper end position, the upper face 2a of the joint 2 is defined to be flush with a core part upper face 1a of the stacked evaporator 1, refrigerant inlet pipe connection holes 21a and 22a and refrigerant outlet pipe connection holes 21b and 22b provided in the joint 2 are configured to offset the central positions OP1 and OP2 of the two pipe connection holes to lower-side positions lower than the central positions OT1 and OT2 of two tank holes, the offset amounts OFF1 and OFF2 of the central positions OP1 and OP2 of the two pipe connection holes are set within a range included in the internal diameter whole areas ET1 and ET2 of the inlet side upper tank 15 and the outlet side upper tank 16.
