PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift stage of advance 8 speeds and retreat 1 speed, capable of improving mower transmission performance, and capable of reducing fuel consumption. SOLUTION: This invention is characterized by including a first planetary gear set including an input shaft, an output gear, a transmission case, a first operation member fixed to the transmission case, a second operation member for receiving the transmission of rotational power from the input shaft and a third operation member for outputting a decelerating rotating speed, a second planetary gear set including a fourth operation member for receiving the decelerating rotating speed, a fifth operation member connected to the transmission case and a sixth operation member for outputting a reverse rotation speed and connected to two among the fourth, fifth and sixth operation members, a thirst planetary gear set including a seventh operation member for receiving the transmission of the reverse rotation speed and connected to the transmission case, an eighth operation member connected to the fourth operation member, a ninth operation member for receiving the transmission of the rotational power and a tenth operation member for outputting the advance 8 speeds and the retreat 1 speed to the output gear and connected to two among the seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth operation members, and a plurality of friction members.
