PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pressure in a chamber inside a fine movable piece from going out other than a depressurization aperture without dropping a repulsive force of spring although the repulsive force of spring is weakened because the spring which presses the fine movable piece touches heated air in spite of providing a depressurization aperture 5 in order to cancel a large pressure applied to the fine movable piece 3 at the time of explosion process of a perfect circle rotary engine. SOLUTION: The spring within a thermal insulation frame is configured to cover the spring 2 by slidable thermal insulation frames 4, 9 and to circulate fluid by providing a flow inlet 14 and an exhaust chamber 16 in a spring chamber 16.
