PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic composition suitable for intranasal administration having painkilling activity and anti-inflammatory activity, wherein the composition contains ketorolac or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as the active component and a local anesthetic to reduce a feeling of a stabbing pain and to increase a medicinal effect. SOLUTION: The composition for intranasal administration to a patient contains a therapeutically effective amount of 5-benzoyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid, its optically active configuration, its racemic mixture or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent and the local anesthetic of 4% (w/v) to 10% (w/v).
